2012 Plat Book

The Marquette County 4-H Council is pleased to announce that the 2012 Marquette County Plat Book is now available!

Proceeds from the sale of the Marquette County plat book support the Marquette County 4-H program.

UP Leadermete 2012 - Call For Workshops

UP Leadermete 2012

The 2012 UP 4-H Leadermete Conference will be held April 13-14 in Marquette! The theme of this year's conference is "Join the Revolution of Responsibility". Proposals for workshops are being accepted at this time. Volunteers (youth and/or adults) are encouraged to submit proposals for workshops that they would like to lead. Proposals are due December 16^th, so please get started on your proposal today!

For the "Make and Take" sessions (on Friday night) we are looking for short projects that are community service oriented. The possibilities are endless, let your creativity run wild! (Please use the Leadermete Workshop Proposal Form to submit your Make and Take idea!)

All instructors are ask to indicate which of the life skills they will focus on within their sessions. Please submit the life skills definition form (2nd page of the workshop proposal form) with your completed proposal.

The Marquette County Plat Book Sale is the 4-H Council's biggest fundraiser, providing multiple opportunities for youth and volunteers every year. Please support our local youth and the 4-H Program by purchasing a plat book. Click here for a list of local vendors.

4-H Member Enrollment Form

Each year, youth 4-H members and adult volunteers need to complete enrollment.

Each youth is charged an annual Participation Fee of $20.00 to join 4-H (with a maximum of $60.00 per family). However, this year, the price has been cut in half for our first 200 members to get enrolled. Thanks to a generous donation from First Bank, the first $10 of each member's participation fee has been covered! Checks can be written to your club or to MSU.
