4-H Member Enrollment Form

Each year, youth 4-H members and adult volunteers need to complete enrollment.

4-H Online Family Guide to First-Time Enrollment

4-H Online Re-Enrollment Guide

Each youth is charged an annual Participation Fee of $20.00 to join 4-H (with a maximum of $60.00 per family). However, this year, the price has been cut in half for our first 200 members to get enrolled. Thanks to a generous donation from First Bank, the first $10 of each member's participation fee has been covered! Checks can be written to your club or to MSU.

Adult Volunteer Application

Interested in becoming a 4-H adult volunteer or leader? All volunteers (ages 19+) must complete the MSU Extension Volunteer Selection Process before they can work with 4-H clubs or members.

To begin the process of becoming a volunteer, please contact Liana Graves at the Marquette County MSU Extension office at 906-315-2663 to receive application materials.
