Leadership, Citizenship, and Achievement Awards
Youth ages 12 – 19 (4-H age determined by age of child on 1/1/2010) are also eligible for Leadership, Citizenship, and Achievement Awards.  Youth must fill out a cover sheet for these awards and write an essay.

Volunteer and Community 4-H Awards
Also, be sure to make nominations for Volunteer & Community 4-H Awards.  Youth, leaders, volunteers and parents are encouraged to fill out a nomination sheet.  This is your opportunity to recognize the outstanding contributions and efforts that others make to 4-H!

Deadline
Forms are due to the Marquette County MSU Extension office before Friday, October 8th, 2010.  Only those who submit completed forms by the October 8th deadline will be considered for awards.
