U.P. Leadermete is an annual regional conference held for teens and adults with a focus on teaching new skills, recognizing volunteers, supporting club development and providing networking opportunities for leaders.  We hope that this year’s U.P. Leadermete Conference will inspire adult and teen leaders to grow in their 4-H knowledge and skills and to apply what they’ve learned back in their community by teaching others.

Conference participants will attend workshops on a very wide variety of topics led by 4-H staff and volunteers.  For a complete schedule of events, workshop descriptions, and prices, please download the 4-H U.P. Leadermete Registration Book and Forms.

The Marquette County 4-H Council is once again providing $50.00 scholarships to support the participation of Marquette County 4-H teens and adult leaders in this conference.  The fees listed in the registration materials reflects this scholarship.

If you've never been to Leadermete before, this is a great year to give it a try!  This conference consistently receives positive feedback from participants.  It's a great way to meet other U.P. 4-H'ers and to grow your own knowledge and skills!

TALENT SEARCH
The Leadermete planning committee is looking for 4-H members between the ages of 12-19 who would like to perform at the conference.  Entries must be submitted to Liana Graves (Alger County MSUE) by March 18th.  Download a Talent Search Application for more information.
